Part 2: I didn't sign up for Arizona

AHHHHHHHH!!!!!! The electric bill came today!!!! Last month's was not so bad ($114 is pretty good right? Although it's been $40 in previous months) I am embarrased to say what the bill is this month!!! What's a pregnant girl to do?
