If it burns, it's working?
I tried the "nasal irrigation" this morning (see post below). I think my nose was too stuffed up to snort the salt water. I got a little bit all the way up to my nasal cavity, but no burning. Hmmmmmm. . . Not enough salt in my mixture? Didn't snort enough? High tolerance for pain? Just a dumb thing the P.A. made me do thinking it was hilarious and laughing behind my back as I left the doc's office?

Put Nasal Irrigation out of your mind for a moment and visit:Xanadu
Snorting the salt water is really hard to do properly, actually. Far easier is to buy a natural nasal spray from a health food store; you can squirt it up your nose and then tilt your head back and let it clear everything out. But with the all-natural ingredients, it's not habit-forming, so you can use it as often as you need to. (Your mom has some I left there - ask her about it.)
